Mohammad Hidayat is widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s leading Customs and Tax Litigation professionals, with more than 20 years of extensive experience in customs, taxation, import-export regulations, and trade compliance.
Throughout his career, he has successfully represented multinational corporations and domestic enterprises across various industries, including financial services, automotive manufacturing, energy, plantation, construction, mining, electronics, textiles, apparel, and other strategic sectors. His expertise covers the full spectrum of customs and tax dispute resolution, including tax audits, tax investigations, objections, appeals before the Tax Court, judicial reviews before the Supreme Court, customs disputes, and regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to establishing his professional practice, Hidayat served for 11 years within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), providing him with valuable insights and an extensive professional network within Indonesia’s tax authorities and judicial institutions.
He holds multiple professional licenses that enable him to represent clients before various government authorities and judicial bodies, including:

Hidayat earned his Taxation Diploma from the State College of Accountancy (STAN) Jakarta and further pursued higher education in Law and Accounting. He is fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
